This is a 24 hour confidential helpline staffed by healthcare professionals including nurses, trained health advisors and dental advisors. They can offer advice on what to do if you are feeling ill, if you have health concerns for you and your family, and information about local health and social care services, self help and support organisations.

Mental Health Matters Helpline
This is an out-of-hours confidential emotional support and information service, provided by trained and experienced telephone help line workers. You do not have to have a mental health problem to use this help line. They provide information on many local and national services specific to mental health and other isssues. People contact the helpline about many different issues such as bereavement, relationship problenms, family problems, loneliness/isolation, stress and carer's issues.
The helpline is open from 5pm to 9am Monday to Friday, and 24 hours at weekends and public holidays. Telephone: 0800 013 0626
